Oh those busy weeknights The family coming in and wanting to know first thing, "What's for dinner?" Sometimes I'm tempted to say, "I'm fine, thanks for asking." Oh well, when approached with this question I'm usually in the middle of something and the last thing I want to do is think about dinner.
